Maryland Nursing Home Lawyer With National Reach
I have represented clients, and reviewed nursing home abuse cases, in more than half the United States. This includes cases in the following states and jurisdictions around the country:
◊ District of Columbia
◊ New Jersey
◊ New Mexico
◊ New York
◊ North Carolina
◊ South Carolina
I am able to do this because nursing home safety standards, regardless of what state you are in, including Maryland, are controlled by federal nursing home laws and regulations. I am familiar with those safety measures, which allows me to assess violations and identify nursing home abuse anywhere in the country.
Despite my national reach, my focus is in Maryland.

Before earning my license, I represented underprivileged clients through Maryland Law School’s legal clinics.

Baltimore Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer Roots & Facts
Maryland Nursing Home Abuse Realities
As Baltimorians, and Marylanders, we want the best for and from our City and State. That includes quality of care from our 226 nursing homes, including those in Baltimore.
Sadly, however, 87% of those nursing homes are bad actors with deficiencies for their bad healthcare.
That is part of my crusade for justice as a Baltimore nursing home abuse lawyer, to keep negligent facilities accountable for us all.
Chances are, I will end up in one of these Baltimore, Maryland nursing homes myself one day, so this mission is personal to me.
